Product Guarantee

What if I am dissatisfied with my One Eighty product(s)?

Every item we offer reflects our commitment to give you the best quality, service and value. If not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the unused portion with a copy of the invoice within 30 days from date of purchase for a prompt refund or credit, less shipping and handling.  Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in a sealed container for refund. Please e-mail our Customer Service Department at info@oneeightyproducts.com, or call 1-904-260-3366 within 30 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return instructions.

You may place your order with us by phone at 1-904-260-3366.  Payment options by phone include: Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover. 

Shipping Policy/Procedures

We ship all orders within the continental U.S. within approximately 3 to 7 business days (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) via USPS or UPS. Orders received by 11:00am Eastern Standard Time are shipped the same day, provided that items ordered are in stock.

Your credit card will be billed automatically upon placement of your order.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, if your order is placed on-line or by phone and you provide us with your email address, then a notice will be emailed to you, confirming the details of your purchase.  You will not however receive additional notices regarding the shipping status of your order.

Tax Policy

Will I be charged sales tax for my order?

State sales tax will apply for orders shipped to a Florida address only.

The transactions are protected by the highest levels of encryption available to ensure security and privacy. The information is encrypted on your computer, sent through the Internet as jumbled code, and decoded on our secure server. It cannot be read in transit.

Do you have 24 hr. Customer Service?

How long will the products last?

One Eighty Products should always be stored at room temperature or between 60°F  and 80°F to ensure longevity, and never left in extreme heat or cold.  The average shelf life is approximately 1 year, and most products are marked with an expiration date.

Are One Eighty Products paraben-free?

Yes.  We disclose every ingredient in our products on the product labels as well as our website, and all One Eighty Products are paraben-free.

Should people with nut allergies use One Eighty Products on their skin?

We disclose every ingredient in our products on the product labels as well as our website.  Some of our products do contain Cocoa Butter and Shea butter which is derived from the Karite tree nut, however is not usually related to nut allergies.  If you have sensitivities to specific ingredients, or are unsure of any ingredient listed in our products, then we highly recommend you consult with your physician before attempting use, as the body will absorb these ingredients when they are applied to the skin.

Can I use One Eighty Products during pregnancy? 

There are a few products we strongly warn NOT to  use during pregnancy and they are:

Muscle Cream (due to the ingredient comfrey), Healing Salve (due to the ingredient comfrey).
