Ingredients: Distilled Water, Infused Organic Comfrey leaf (Tussliago Farfara), Calendula Petals (Calendula Officinalis), Organic Arnica Flowers (Arnica Montana), Bilberry Leaf (Vaccinium Myrtillus), Dead Sea Salt (Israel), Magnesium Chloride, MSM (Methyl Sulfonyl Methane), Apple Cider Vinegar, Aloe Vera, Optiphen.
Directions & Warnings: Must shake well before use. Pour 1-2 cups in a basin of warm water to soak hands or feet. Soak for 20 minutes. To use as a body soak, add 2-3 cups to warm bath water and soak for 20 minutes. Do not use if you are pregnant. For external use only. If irritation of any type occurs, discontinue use and consult your physician.

Cannot Train Without It
This product is so critical to my life that I literally cannot train without making sure that I have it. I can do my normal workouts, but if I want to kick up my training to the next level (as I frequently do), then this product must be in my cabinet waiting for me at home. It even helps your skin, because it is made of such good stuff for your body!

Love this product , i do a lot of yard work an such , I hurt all over when its done . When i take a bath , i get out an forget why i'm there in the first place. no aches or pains, gone ! My husband did not believe me until he tried it , now he bugs me to make sure we have it .
